With Amatouch Massage Technique, I have developed a safe-centered touch routine by ensuring that client comfort is a priority, by encouraging each client to communicate from the session's start, by adhering to a high level of professional draping standards, by giving the client the power to choose what, if any, clothing they wear for a session.

Since providing or receiving bodywork is an intimate process, traumatizing events can re-surface, that is why I go out of my way to create a trusting physical bond with my clients.

By combining these efforts, even the most wounded clients can reap the benefits of my healing touch.

During a session I use the Swedish Massage Technique: long strokes, kneading, friction, tapping, percussion, vibration, effleurage, and shaking motions. The usually sequence of techniques are:

Effleurage: Gliding strokes with the palms, thumbs and/or fingertips

Petrissage: Kneading movements with the hands, thumbs and/or fingers

Friction: Circular pressures with the palms of hands, thumbs and/or fingers

Vibration: Oscillatory movements that shake or vibrate the body

Percussion: Brisk hacking or tapping

Passive and active movements: Bending and stretching

The use of Essential Oils and Basalt Stones within a single session bringing you extra comfort and healing makes it a different treatment.

Aromatherapy uses the natural power of essential oils to heal the body and the basalt stones clear the energy of the meridians channels. Hot stones used as placement stones provide heat during the treatment which is good for anyone suffering with arthritis, stiffness and muscle tension.

This unique combination allows me to work deep in the muscle tissues and reach that trigger point that causes you pain as well as balancing your body on an energy level. I apply Quantum Touch to bring about change in the body electromagnetic field during the treatment. Using the natural currents of life-force that flow through everyone's hands, it is possible to release blocked currents of energy that accompany symptoms of illness and restore a person's balance and health.
