  • Fresh (i.e Lime or citrus and green oils in general)
  • Harsh (i.e Citronella, Red Thyme)
  • Heavy (i.e Jasmine, Rose)
  • Light (i.e Neroli, Lavender)
  • Musty (i.e Patchouli, Vetiver)
  • Rich (i.e Rose, Ylang-Ylang, Clove)
  • Sharp (i.e an excellent quality lemon oil)
  • Sweet(i.e Rose or aniseed)
  • Smooth (i.e Sandalwood, Rosewood)
  • Warm (i.e Ginger, Wintergreen)
