Stress symptoms can be defined as physical, mental or emotional responses to events that causes bodily or mental tension. Stress is any outside force or event that has an effect on our body or mind. A little bit of stress can actually be good to you, the differentiation between experiences leading to negative or positive stress is defined by the differences between reality (real or imaginative), personal expectations and ability to deal with stress.
