Do you find it difficult to manage your time effectively?
Do you have temper outbursts?
If you show 2 or more of the behavioural signs, you that you are definitely showing stress symptoms.
PSYCHOLOGICAL SIGNS
Do you feel any of the following symptoms?
Do you block positive emotions or experiences?
Do you have panic attack?
Do you lack concentration?
Do you get confused and feel unable to cope?
Do you frequently want to cry?
Do you wish to escape or run away?
Do you show sexual disinterest?
Are you indecisive and show apathy?
Do you feel isolated or rejected?
Do you feel low self esteem and lack of self love?
If you show 3 or more of the phychological signs, you are under stress and getting regular massages would lower your negative stress level.
